Since April 1998, he has been holding various positions, among which Fellow and member, World Economic Forum in Davos Executive Board; Editorial Board “National Interest,” Washington, DC; Political Commentator “Voice of Russia,” Moscow and member of the International Institute of Strategic Studies, London. He received a PhD in History and International Relations at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
