Partner in the Sovereign Advisory department of Rothschild & Co. He advises a number of governments, sovereign wealth funds and state-owned companies on economic development, financial policy and debt management, across Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, Central and Latin America. He is an active member of various think tanks and research initiatives related to economic and social inequality, and progressive reforms. He graduated from Harvard University, Sciences Po Paris, ESCP and holds Law and Economics degrees from Paris University.
