Chief of Cabinet of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco. His career in the Monaco administration led him from the Hospital Princesse Grace to the General Secretariat of the National Council. He then worked at the General Directorate of Public Finance from 2000 to 2004 before he joined the Cabinet of the Prince in January 2005. He is a trained jurist. He obtained a Doctorate in public law with a thesis on the Monegasque Constitution of 1962.
