French Ambassador to Switzerland and Liechtenstein since 2014. Former diplomatic counsellor of the French government (2012-2014). He also served as Ambassador to Hungary (2007-2012), Director of Cabinet of the Deputy minister of Cooperation, Development and Francophony (2005-2007), Ambassador to Uganda (1998-2000). From 1988 to 1990, he was Director of Development at Canal+ TV. He held the position of Counsellor at the Ministry of Industry (1986-1988). He started his career as Secretary in the Political section of the French Embassy in Moscow. He graduated from the Institut d’études politiques. He is an Alumnus of the Ecole nationale d’administration, France.
