Head of the Middle East/Maghreb Program at Ifri. Mansouria Mokhefi holds a Master’s degree from New York University and a Doctorate from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris. She formerly taught at New York University and at the Institut des Langues et Civilisations Orientales. She co-authored a book on Le Maghreb et son Sud (Editions du CNRS, 2012).
