Secretary General of the Ministry of General affairs and Governance. Former professor at INSEA and Director of the Center for Demographic Research and studies. He was director of Studies, Cooperation and legislation on Social Economy at the Ministry of Economic and General Affairs, and Head of Government in charge of General Affairs and Governance. He took charge of partnership projects with international organisations such as UNFPA, UNDP, UNICEF, OCDE and World Bank. He is a member of numerous associations including the Maghreb Association for Population Studies. He graduated as a statistician at INSEA in Rabat and as a PhD in Demography from UCLouvain, Belgium.
