Ambassador in the Democratic Republic of Congo, he then became Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for International Economic Affairs. Achraf Ibrahim is a Master’s Graduate in Economy and Political Science from the University of Cairo, a graduate of the International Institute of Public Administration in Paris and has an In-Depth Degree in International Trade from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
