Chairman of the Council of Academic Affairs, Shanghai Institute for International Studies (SIIS). He is also a guest professor at the PLA National Defense University, Fudan University, Shanghai International Studies University and Soochow University. His most recent book is Grand Integration: Trends of Asian Economic Cooperation (The Tianjin People’s Press, Tianjin, 2007). He graduated from the Shanghai Teachers’ University, the Shanghai Institute for International Studies (SIIS) and the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy. He holds a Ph.D. from the Shanghai International Studies University.
