Professor and Research associate at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Paris. He is also an independant political consultant at JB-Conseil, Program coordinator at the Académie Diplomatique Internationale (ADI) and Permanent Consultant at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Policy Planning Unit. He served as Lecturer at the University Saint-Joseph in Beirut. He was also Researcher at CERMOC (Center of studies and research on the contemporary Middle East). He graduated fron the Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Paris and from the American University of Beirut.
