Ambassador of Côte d’Ivoire to the Republic of Korea since 2012. Prior to that, H.E. Mr. Kouassi Bile served at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Côté d’Ivoire as Ambassador of the Director of the Africa Department, Deputy Director in Charge of Inter-African Cooperation Organizations and Deputy Director of West Africa. He started his career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1977. He graduated in politics and social sciences at the University of Leuven in Belgium, and in Diplomacy at the National School of Administration of Abidjan.
