Ambassador of Greece in France since 2013. He served among others as Permanent Representative of Greece to UNESCO, Director of the Diplomatic Cabinet of the President (2005-2010), Consul General of Greece in Milan (2002-2005), Deputy Head of the Diplomatic Cabinet of the Foreign Minister (2000-2002). He joined the Diplomatic Service in 1982. He graduated from the University of Athens, Tufts University and Harvard.
