Special Advisor to the President of the African Development Bank. He served as Director of the Institute for Training and Technical Cooperation Division in the WTO, Chief Economist and Director of the Trade, Finance and Economic Development Division of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) and Director of the Trade and Regional Integration Division. He holds a PhD in International Economics from the University of Grenoble, France.
