Former Head of the Graduate Program in “Public Policy and International Relations of the European Union”, at the Catholic University “San Pablo” of La Paz, Bolivia. He served as Director-General of Bilateral Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the Plurinational State of Bolivia. He has extended professional experience on international relations related to migration and international cooperation. Professor at various main universities of Bolivia and Mexico.
