He has most notably been active as International Vice-President of Manufacturers and Exporters of Quebec (MEQ), President and Editor of the international magazine World Economic Affairs, Managing Director of Samson Bélair/Deloitte & Touche International, and Vice-President of the International Economic Law Society of Canada. He graduated from the Université de Montréal, the École nationale d’administration publique, McGill University, the Université de Montréal and the Université de Paris.
