Ambassador of Israel to Switzerland and Liechtenstein since 2012. Previously, he served as Deputy Director-General for Media and Public Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2009-2012), Ambassador of Israel to the Republic of Korea (2005-2009) and Director, North East Asia Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2001-2005). He was also Minister (DCM), Embassy of Israel, Tokyo (1996-2001), Director, Information Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1993-1996) and Counsellor (DCM), Embassy of Israel, Stockholm (1989-1993). He joined the Foreign Ministry Training Program in 1977. He graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
